On may a new workshop dedicated to earth oven tecnique.
Let’s discover d-i-y using earth! We will learn from waste recicling our earth. During the course we will build an earth oven for cooking bread and pizza (and much more!), starting for bassament, through dome building, ending with finishing plaster. We will use earth, straw, sand…all km 0 materials!
Everyone can bring his own earth to be analized.

Workshop will take place in Cori, province of Latina, Lazio on saturady and sunday fro 9am to 6 pm.  The workshop is open to Rete Solare’s members (annual fee 10€), workshop’s fee 90€. Free camping. You can reach Cori with bus. English translation available.
